Bookings Policy

Due to increased demand for our bookings we have implemented a bookings policy to keep it fair for all our customers.

The following conditions apply to all bookings made where available:

  1. Bookings should be made via our dedicated booking system at https://booking-system.tffhastings.co.uk
  2. We reccomend creating an account to book in with us, Landline and non-uk mobile numbers can use the gest booking section however UK mobile numbers are required to create an account with us.
  3. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis, once the available tables are booked we reserve the right to refuse further bookings.
  4. We reserve the right to keep a small number of tables unavailable for bookings to facilitate our walk in customers.
  5. If bookings are repeatedly made and cancelled last minute we reserve the right to prevent you from booking online and require you to call us to make further bookings.
  6. If bookings are repeatedly made and you do not turn up we reserve the right to prevent you from booking online and require you to call us to make further bookings.
  7. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your booked time and have not contacted us we reserve the right to remove and cancel your reservation.
  8. Bookings can be made, cancelled or amended on the day. You must call us on 01424 864160 to create or amend a booking after 4pm
