Due to increased demand for our bookings we have implemented a bookings policy to keep it fair for all our customers.

The following conditions apply to all bookings made where available:

  1. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis, once the available tables are booked we reserve the right to refuse further bookings.
  2. We reserve the right to keep a small number of tables unavailable for bookings to facilitate our walk in customers.
  3. If bookings are repeatedly made and cancelled last minute we reserve the right to prevent you from booking online and require you to call us to make further bookings.
  4. If bookings are repeatedly made and you do not turn up we reserve the right to prevent you from booking online and require you to call us to make further bookings.
  5. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your booked time and have not contacted us we reserve the right to remove and cancel your reservation.
  6. Bookings cannot be made, cancelled or amended on the day. You must call us on 01424 864160 to make or alter a booking for the same day.
