Eligibility:

• You must be over the age of 18 years old to use the loyalty scheme. Any applications received for persons under 18 will be removed.
• You must register for an account via the following link to enable your loyalty account (https://tffh.uk/loyaltysignup)
• Only purchases made on premises can accrue loyalty points

How it works:

1. Sign up via the link above if you haven’t already.
2. You will receive confirmation of your sign up and further instructions.
3. When processed you will receive login details for our website/app to access your loyalty card.
4. Show your loyalty card to a member of the team when making a purchase and your points will automatically be added to your account.
5. When you’ve reached a minimum of 100 loyalty points you can use this to discount any bill on premises.
6. You will receive a monthly statement containing your points balance as well as any purchases against your account.

Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions

• For every £1 spent you will receive 5 loyalty points
• 1 loyalty point equals 0.01p
• A minimum of 100 points is required to be offset against any bills
• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash back
• Loyalty points cannot be transferred
• Loyalty Points can be used for online purchases where a loyalty customer number is entered
• Loyalty Points cannot be claimed against Charity Donations
• Loyalty Points cannot be gained while using quiz winners tabs
• Loyalty Points can be claimed after ordering from our Yoello Quiz Ordering Platform, you can view the guide here (https://tffhastings.co.uk/loyalty-yoello-points)
• Loyalty Points cannot be used on the Yoello Quiz Ordering platform at the moment
• Loyalty Points cannot be gained when purchasing ANY tobacco related product we sell in house
• Loyalty Points can now be gained when purchasing any event tickets we sell in house
• Loyalty Points do not expire unless you close your account with us or are in breach of the terms of service
• Only the account holder can redeem loyalty rewards against purchases
• Loyalty Cards are only accessible online via our website or app (if you require a physical Loyalty Card for accessibility reasons please contact us at loyalty@tffhastings.co.uk)

Limitations of Service

• The Forbidden Fruit reserves the right to remove access to the loyalty scheme for anyone found to be abusing the rewards point scheme.
• The Forbidden Fruit reserves the right to suspend, pause or terminate the loyalty points scheme at any time (Where this is not due to breaching the scheme terms & conditions your remaining points balance will still be available for use)
• The Forbidden Fruit reserves the right to alter these terms of service without prior notice
• The Forbidden Fruit reserves the right to alter the loyalty point accrual rate, amount or redemption limit at any point (customers with existing accounts will be notified)

Data Processing

• The Forbidden Fruit will only store your details on our systems to administer the Loyalty Scheme
• Your details will not be sent to third parties for the purpose of marketing
• Your details will only be stored on systems administered by us or our partners (Microsoft, EposNOW) for the purpose of managing your loyalty account
• Data collected includes Name, Email Address, Telephone Number, Date of Birth
