Delete your TFFHastings App account

You can initiate deletion directly inside the TFFHastings App.

Delete through the App

1. Sign in to the TFFHastings App.
2. Open Account.
3. Open the account settings or account-management section.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Complete the requested reauthentication or confirmation.
6. Review the deletion information and confirm.

Deleting the App from your phone does not delete the account.

If you cannot access the App

Email [email protected] using the email address registered to the account and ask for App account deletion.

Do not send your password, verification code or full payment-card number. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that you control the account before acting.

What is deleted

Following a valid request, we delete or anonymise the Firebase/App account and connected personal information that is no longer required. We also remove or anonymise connected booking, store and loyalty links as applicable.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information where necessary for:

• completed orders, payments, refunds, accounting and tax;
• completed bookings, disputes and legal claims;
• licensing, safety, refusal or incident records;
• fraud prevention and security investigations; or
• another legal obligation.

Retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose and is not kept merely to continue marketing. Further details are in our App Privacy Notice.

Timescale

We normally complete verified deletion requests without undue delay and within one month. We will tell you if the request is unusually complex or if a lawful extension or retention requirement applies.
